There is a wonderful discussion on Bigger Fatter Blog in the comment section about fat comic book characters of the past.
I wrote an article about the food cops like MeMe Roth but the ensuing discussion turned into a discussion of fat cartoon characters like Little Lotta. Dr Gerald "Teddy" Bear made some very interesting observations.
Dr Bear is not only a fat studies expert but he is a great cartoonist.
