GREAT HERA! A new blog!

Hey gang - this is a test for now, but I wanted to share my collection of BBWW sketches, drawings and doodles with the world. I'd love for you all to come along for the ride, and if you're an artist, EMAIL ME YOUR SKETCHES, and I'll try to share share alike!

Firstly, let me start off by saying that I am in no way making fun of ladies (or anyone) who is considered 'big'. I'm no toothpick myself, and admire and enjoy the female form in all its sizes, especially ladies with some meat on them.

Thus, my idea for collecting art of a bigger-sized WW happened.

I have always felt like for someone who's supposed to be an amazon, she's pretty thin. I don't know a lot of amazons, but I'm assuming they wouldn't be wafer-thin. So yeah, there you go.

One thing - As I post from my private collection, made of convention and favor-sketches from my cartoonist bretheren (And sisteren) I won't make excuses of what gets posted here, but it will be tasteful. I won't err on the side of crudeness or have nekkid bits up here - that's not my deal. But if the artists that chose to draw me something show this imaginary lady in not-so-nice lights, that's to show no basis on their personal opinions or ideals on 'fat acceptance'. Let's not be so picky, people - we all like to eat, so what's the big deal?

This is my favorite, and kinda started all this silliness, when one of my bestest pals in the regular and comic world, Mike Manley and I were sketching around, and I asked him to draw up a nice-sized WW. He came through, and I inked it with some foreign-named brushpen.

What I love about this is that it's not sloppy, but powerful. We all should be more of that.
